This jam was made extra special for our Uncle who we couldn't get to try any of jams or jellies, Uncle Eric would say "I only eat name brand strawberry jelly." Well we took that as a challenge. Now we have Uncle Eric's Favorite Strawberry Jam which he now keep several jars in stock at all times. I think its safe to say, we win.
